Clinical. Working full-time as an ST3-equivalent emergency medicine clinician at Whipps Cross A&E. Co-leading a departmental QI project on mental health pathway compliance.

Building. Testing Aide with clinical lead colleagues in the ED, iterating on response quality and the clinician feedback loop. Growing Peerr.io and Aiigent.io, shipping new LLM-powered features. Slowly improving MSRA.uk and Leanifi on weekends.

Reading. Working through recent literature on clinical AI evaluation frameworks and implementation science in health systems.
